Return Policy

Our Return Policy

Customers may return items for a full refund with the following provisions:

• The return request is made within seven (7) days of delivery.
• The customer has contacted Rocky Top to indicate their intention to return an item.
• The item is properly packaged and shipped (at the customer’s expense) to Rocky Top at 415 E. 38th Street, Anderson, IN 46013.

Returns wherein the product is damaged by the customer or due to poor customer packaging may be refused by Rocky Top. Rocky Top reserves the right to refuse returns at company discretion. Have questions about our return policy? Contact us here.

All returns are assessed a handling and restocking fee of $100.00.

Our Limited Structural Warranty

Rocky Top furniture is covered by a limited structural warranty on materials and workmanship. Should a defect compromise the integrity of your furniture, the piece may be eligible for repair or replacement free of charge (excluding shipping and handling). Furniture is covered by a limited one-year structural warranty.
